Training Workshop held for Gender Champions and Committee Members

The National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE), the National Teaching Council (NTC), and the Conference of Principals of Colleges of Education (PRINCOF) with support from TTEL has organised a 2-day Training Workshop for Gender Champions and Committee members from nineteen (19) Colleges of Education at the Capital View Hotel in Koforidua on 28th and 29th March, 2018.

Draft Gender and Sexual Harassment policies for Colleges reviewed

The National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE), the National Teaching Council (NTC) and the Colleges of Education Principals’ Conference (PRINCOF) with support from Transforming Teacher Education and Learning (T-TEL), has conducted a 2-day Reference Group Workshop to review drafts of a National Gender Policy and National Sexual Harassment Policy for Colleges of Education in Ghana.

Chief Technical Adviser engages Journalists

T-TEL Chief Technical Adviser, Akwasi Addae-Boahene, has addressed a group of journalists in Accra on the Relevance of T-TEL to Teacher Education and Learning in Ghana as part of a three-day training workshop (held from 8th -10th February, 2018) to build the capacities of journalists to adequately and efficiently report on major reforms being undertaken by the ministry.
